Teen and Family Yoga
Come and try our new Yoga Classes in August
Throughout the month of August we are offering two new yoga classes - Family Yoga and Teen Yoga.
Family Yoga is every Monday starting at 10.15am and Teen Yoga is right after at 11.15.
Teen Yoga is an energising and relaxing yoga class for teens. Yoga is a great way to improve fitness and physical health, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration and increase energy levels, improve self-esteem and self-confidence, promote better sleep and helps you relax.
Family Yoga is a class full of movement, mindfulness and calming relaxation, adventures and fun yoga activities that you and your child will love. Suitable for children aged 4-11 years.
